Sleeves are 7" long from shoulder seam to cuff. Length from top of shoulder to empire waist seam is 10. Pulls on with no fastenings; has elastic around neckline and sleeves ; can be worn off the shoulder. Fabric is polyester in two different weaves; unlined. No label. Excellent condition
