Black Throated Magpie Jay A175752 Lay them out to dryInspired by the clever Blue Throated Magpie Jay, a bird known for its showy flight and its wily foraging, this poplar wood sculpture is carved on a bandsaw and painted with layers of latex enamel paint. Staying true to the coloration of the species, the work displays eye catching blue and white patterning as the Jay perches upon its carved wooden wheels. Signed by the artist Materials: Wood
