80's Watercolor Shimmer Floral Blouse with Pearl Buttons 90s hoodie Backed with stiffening pelon fabricVintage 80's Watercolor Shimmer Floral Blouse with pearl buttons I'm obsessed with this blouse and the cut. Mini peplum waist I love this with a great pair of jeans strappy heels for a brunch or early evening drinks. Easy to throw on a sweater for cool summer nights. One pearl button on bottom is attached by safety pin but can't tell or see it from outside blouse Vintage size 14 Measurements: PTP: 44" Waist: 36" Sleeve: 11" Length: 26" at longest tip
