Louis de Grenelle Saumur Blanc Brut Grande Cuvee NV rhone-valley a little tight still90 % Chenin Blanc, 10 % Chardonnay, cool fermented in stainless steel, followed typically by 18 24 months on lees in bottle, before disgorgement with a Brut dosage. 12. 93 % Alc Vol; 2. 4 g l RS; 4. 73 g l TA. Brilliant yellow colour with a golden shimmer. Elegant nose developing aromas of tropical fruits (pineapple, mango), and notes of brioche. On the palate, a crisp and concentrated sensation is followed by bittersweet notes of ripe white fruits.
