It is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes, which undergo cold pre fermentation maceration. Fermentation occurs with native yeasts at a controlled temperature. The wine ages in new barriques for 14 months, followed by 12 months in bottle. Deep ruby red in color, it offers aromas of red berries, currants, and
