This material handles heavy dough without bending, although it should not be washed in a dishmachine or soaked in water. The blade's tip and sides are tapered to slide underneath pizza dough; the blade itself measures 14 inches by 14 inches to accommodate medium pizzas. This peel is 24 inches long, overall, so users can place pizza safely in hot ovens.
