A well preserved Luftwaffe overseas cap for Signals Communications Enlisted ranks, constructed of dark blue grey wool. The cap is fully surrounded by side walls which gently slope toward the front, and which are trimmed along the edge with saddle brown threaded piping. Stitched onto the peak is an insignia consisting of a dark blue grey wool backer bearing a machine embroidered silver
