On the palate it is rich and creamy. Pleasant acidity which enhances a bouquet with notes of fresh flowers which leads back to the balsamic nuances perceived on the nose. Cold maceration on the skins for approximately 24 hours with subsequent soft pressing of the grapes, cleaning of the musts through cold static decantation.
