Thomas Bouley Bourghogne Aligote 2021 chinato from a bit under 20
Description
from a bit under 20
Fabio Ghidella followed his grandfather’s footsteps into the winemaking trade
creamy textured palate sizzling with tiny bubbles
in vineyards looking up at snow-capped alps and bright blue skies
Thomas Bouley Bourghogne Aligote 2021 chinato from a bit under 20Surprisingly rich textured Aligote, with a strong cara cara orange note, lemons and floral accents cutting through on the nose. The palate suggests lees stirring, and leaves behind a satisfying citrusy finish with a salt rim. This is top notch Aligote that drinks like top notch Puligny Montrachet.
