The Glenrothes Peated Cask Reserve Alabama in Taiwan’s moderate tropical environmentKissed by peat. The Glenrothes distillery was founded in 1879 by the burn of Rothes in Speyside. The distillery is interesting because it determines the maturity of their expressions by the vintage, not the age. This means they bottle vintages by year, rather than mixing expressions by several years. As a collector, this allows you to enjoy and appreciate each vintage for what it is, a moment captured forever in a bottle. This no nonsense no age
