Instituted 24 February 1911 by Prince Regent Luitpold. (1911 1918 issue). Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse bearing a central raised and leftward facing profile of Prince Regent Luitpold, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse bearing a central raised inscription of FR EHREN VOLLE VIERZIG DIENSTES
